Welding

This service is not only cost effective but also significantly reduces down time. Cracks are repaired during aircraft maintenance often with repairs accomplished without having to remove additional components. This in-house service is financially beneficial and expedites the aircraft’s return to service.

Repairs to engine cowls, thrust reversers and other structural components represent a cost-effective on-site alternative to outside vendor services.

Machining

Premier’s machine shop is equipped with the necessary tooling to machine parts quickly, as well as those that may not be available on the open market. This value added service is accomplished to OEM design specifications using approved drawings and delivers the part in a fraction of the time and cost.

Cadmium plating

Premier can apply cadmium plating to smaller parts. This in-house process can be accomplished at substantial savings in time and cost.

Heat treating

Bringing raw stock metal up to the tensile strength required for a given project is done in house using our ovens. All curing procedures are strictly adhered to in order to produce the end result correctly and cost effectively the first time.
