FROM HEAVY STRUCTURAL MODS, AVIONIC UPGRADES TO COMFORT IMPROVEMENTS

Premier offers services from Heavy Structural Mods and Avionic upgrades to passenger comfort improvements. Modifications are performed only with approved data, i.e. Supplemental Type Certificated (STC’s), Service Bulletins (SB’S) Engineering Orders (EO’s) etc. Proper documentation is filed with the appropriate Regulatory Authority.

Avionics Mods

Premier modifies and installs upgrades to:

• Passenger In-flight Entertainment Systems

Airframe Mods

Premier has accomplished several Major Airframe Modifications on a variety of aircraft. Premier’s team of skilled craftsmen have performed dozens of Lap joint Modifications on the 737 series aircraft and are renowned for their ability to perform this extensive structural modification while the aircraft is in Heavy check. Gravel deflector kits have been installed on our Northern client’s aircraft to allow them to land on gravel runways in remote locations. Premier installs cockpit door modifications, skin replacements and several major structural repairs and up-grades.

Passenger Comfort

Premier’s teams perform livery changes; total interior refurbishments as well as major changes to Audio/Visual and In-Flight entertainment systems. We support VIP BBJ interior upgrades on private executive aircraft. Not only do our teams provide the necessary expertise to install these improvements, but also Premier teams are often called upon to provide Engineering assistance for adjustments to drawings, when required.
