Premier’s Planning team plays a key role in ensuring that clients’ needs are clearly defined for our production group and that the project is disseminated and grouped into workable tasks. Critical path development and resource allocation are accomplished before the aircraft arrives. Document issues, data-entry and account set up are all important support functions to be carried out ensuring an efficient and productive workflow on the hangar floor.

Hangar load planning and multiple project coordination are among the responsibilities of the Planning group. Constantly adjusting to incoming work, scheduled and un-scheduled; Planning coordinates with Production to identify multiple project needs and match resources to the meet the needs of all clients.
