Quality Assurance

Premier’s Quality Assurance group is primarily responsible for oversight; ensuring all regulatory and OEM Standards are met. As an independent “second set of eyes”, separate from production, their primary mandate is to ensure that maintenance programs are adhered to and that all documentation is completed and accurate, entered into our database, scanned to electronic format and shipped to the client in a timely manner.

Premier’s Quality Assurance Department is part of an overall system of checks and balances ensuring both quality and cost-effectiveness. A Safety Management System (SMS) is in place at our Trois Rivieres facility and in development in Rome, to ensure the entire organization functions at the safest levels and the responsible parties are vigilant in identifying, correcting and preventing mishaps.

Premier employs a 100% “buy-back” system that ensures all work performed is to the standards prescribed by the airworthiness regulator and the OEM. Ensuring the work is completed satisfactorily are the Zone Leads on each project. They supervise, assist and lead the technical teams assigned to their zone and support them with direction, references, material supply and tooling to ensure quality and efficiency are maintained throughout the process.
