Re-Finishing Aircraft at Premier is both a value added and stand alone service. Clients come to Premier to take advantage of our world class, top-quality paint jobs. Others take advantage of this service concurrently with a maintenance visit to gain additional time for revenue service as opposed to taking it to two different vendors at different times.

Premier paints Aircraft, from wide bodies and narrow bodies, to regional jets, turbo-props and rotary winged aircraft. Our customers include military, para-military and commercial aircraft of all types. Each aircraft is properly prepared and Painted in accordance with OEM instructions.

Our teams are well experienced, having worked not only for owners/operators, but in support of OEM’s, on warranty paintwork as well as factory new aircraft.

Painting

Our paint facilities can each accommodate up to (3) Narrow-body aircraft or more of smaller size simultaneously. Our facilities are equipped with the latest downdraft systems, air make-ups and proper filtration systems. Humidity and temperature is computer controlled to the optimum range for the proper adherence of paint to the aircraft.

Premier’s paint technicians promise a top quality finish and are equipped with proper breathing equipment, protective clothing and top-of-the-line paint guns that ensure their safety and the facility a smooth, uninterrupted application of paint.

Touch-ups on repaired components are accomplished in our paint booths guaranteeing both a sterile environment and excellent finish.

Refinishing and polishing

Our clients have requested the reduction of drag weight associated with excessive paint build up on an aircraft. Premier uses the most environmentally friendly stripping compound available on the market.
