Aerospace
Premier, in cooperation with government, houses the facilities for Approved Aerospace training. This introductory course to Aviation and Aircraft Maintenance is a first step towards a career in aviation maintenance. Offering on-site training provides Premier the opportunity to assess students for potential employment opportunities.
Human Factors
Training is an important mandate to ensure a safe and healthy work environment and to ensure the safety of the aircraft we work on. All personnel are mandated to receive both initial and recurrent training as required.
Type endorsement
Training is provided by Premier to qualified applicants and is based on the needs of our clients’ fleets. Type endorsement courses are a Transport Canada requirement and run between 4-6 weeks and provide in depth training to our technical team on all of aircraft systems and sub-systems. This training is generally accomplished in house with the use of certificated trainers. Seats are frequently offered to our clients’ technicians, providing added value and reducing overall cost. Similar FAA-approved training is provided on-site at our Rome facility.
