Announcing a new work schedule for our team members
Premier Aviation will transition to a Monday-to-Friday work week, prioritizing the well-being of our dedicated team members and aligning with our core value of family.
This change emphasizes our commitment to work-life balance, ensuring our employees have quality time with their loved ones while continuing to provide exceptional service to our clients and partners.
The shift to a weekday-only schedule will enhance efficiency and attention to detail, further strengthening our leadership in the aviation maintenance industry.
Our three shifts will now be:
1) Monday-Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.
2) Monday-Thursday / Tuesday-Friday: 6:30 a.m. to 5:00 p.m. (4 days and 2 days weekends)
3) Monday-Thursday 3:00 pm to 1:30 am
