Aircraft Maintenance Engineer
Premier Aviation is seeking an Aircraft Maintenance Engineer to join its team in Québec City Jean Lesage International Airport (YQB).
We are a leading full-service provider of airframe heavy maintenance, certified to maintain various aircraft types, including ATR, De Havilland, and Embraer.
The Aircraft Maintenance Engineer maintains, repairs, overhauls, modifies, and tests aircraft structures and their mechanical, hydraulic, and electrical systems. This position is ideal for individuals who enjoy hands-on work, are detail-oriented, and wish to build a career in the aviation industry.

Schedule: Monday to Friday, 6:30 a.m. to 3:00 p.m., or a compressed schedule of 10-hour workdays
Salary: Up to $52/hour

Responsabilities
- Ensure that work performed on aircraft or components complies with manufacturer-recommended standards, Canadian Aviation Regulations, company policies and procedures, and applicable authorities (Transport Canada, FAA, etc.)
- Ensure quarantined parts are properly labeled and sent to the correct location
- Ensure all spare parts are inspected and certified before installation
- Complete documentation in accordance with company procedures
- Report any irregularities in maintenance work to the Quality Assurance Supervisor
- Perform all other related duties as required
Candidate Profile
- Recognized diploma in aircraft maintenance techniques or other accredited course
- M license issued by Transport Canada
- Relevant industry experience
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship
- Ability to work standing, at heights, and in confined spaces
- Strong organizational and prioritization skills
- Good judgment
- Team-oriented mindset
